This page explains how HAN AI SYSTEMS handles information submitted through hanai.systems when you send an enquiry.

Information we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, email, enquiry, and any optional phone number, organisation or additional context you provide. We also record your consent and its time, IP address, country and browser user-agent.

How we use it

We use the information to assess whether a HAN AI SYSTEMS engagement may be suitable, respond to your request and maintain a record of the enquiry. IP addresses are also used to limit repeated submissions.

Who receives it

Enquiry information is stored using Cloudflare D1. The website uses Cloudflare hosting and rate limiting, and an email notification is sent to hello@hanai.systems through Cloudflare. Information may be processed in locations where these services operate.

Retention and deletion

Enquiry records are kept so we can respond and follow up. You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of your enquiry information. We review deletion requests against any ongoing engagement or recordkeeping requirements.
